- Mediterranean chick pea salad with roasted roma tomato and cucumber; Brown rice and millet
- Seitan in garlic-ginger sauce with broccoli and kale;
Persian rice with red beets and sumac - Tempeh slaw; Piquante potatoes with paprika and lime
- Indian green lentils with celery root; Kamut and faro pilaf with sweet potato
If you like the look of some items but not others we can custom build a selection from this menu. (Minimum 3 meals)
Veggieburgers are always available too – Classic and Spicy Black Bean
