- Rice noodles in leek and red onion broth with azuki beans;Patates braves with gold beets
- Moong Dal with baby kale and chard;Smokey millet and faro pilaf with eggplant
- Seitan diable with spiced cabbage and sweet corn;Paella nori with gold beets

- Red lentils with fennel and baby kale; Rice with pineapple and green onion
- Mung bean and vegetablle salad; Aloo Gobi
- Tofu spring salad; Brown and black rice with raisins and napa cabbage
- Tempeh in leek sauce; Buckwheat, rye and millet with sunflower seeds and sumac
