- Seitan Cauliflower Cream – Our home made seitan with a coconut milk and cauliflower sauce and roasted celery root
- Golden glazed Potatoes – roasted with carrots, garlic, ginger and turmeric
- Tropical pilaf – Basmati and amaranth with pear and green onion
- New Delhi Tempeh – Curried tempeh in tomato-ginger sauce with black turnips

- Black bean chili – with tomatoes and sweetcorn
- Ethiopian pilaf – barley and rye with harissa spices and lacinato kale
- Mushroom Umama – roasted mushrooms in a savory miso sauce with Iowa spring turnips
- Two-Tone Rice – Brown and pink rice with red beets, walnut and ginger
If you like the look of some items but not others we can custom build a selection from this menu. (Minimum 3 meals)

- Hot & Sour Noodles – with bok choi, mushrooms and tempeh
- Macro Mash – millet, cauliflower and amaranth with roasted garlic and nutritional yeast
- Seitan of the Dawn – marinated with coriander and lemon, with spiced carrot sauce and seasonal vegetable
- Potato chukander – Potato and beet in tomato-cumin sauce
- Aromatic Black Eyed Peas – a rich dal with mushroom and tomatoes, spiced with coriander cumin and turmeric
- Old World Salad – faro-barley salad with cucumber, caraway and nori
- Tofu Dijon – savory seitan (wheat protein) in rich mustard sauce with vegetables
- Exotic Tabouli – brown rice and amaranth with Roma tomatoes, sunflower seeds, parsley and lemon juice

Pop Up Dine Out with Four Square Meals
Chef Dave will be preparing a vegan feast Artsfest weekend at Channing Hall (below Unitarian Church – corner of Gilbert and Iowa). Dinner is at 6pm, Saturday June 7.
Over 40 people attended our last dinner. Check the menu below and use the order form to reserve your spot. Dinner is by reservation only. Cost is $17 inclusive of tax. Cash or checks only please, payable at the door.

Tempeh Rouge with Golden Ginger Sauce
Marinated tempeh breaded with a paprika-spice blend and served with a creamy garlic ginger spice sauce
Pullao Rice and Amaranth with Seasonal Vegetable
Basmati rice seasoned with cumin, turmeric, garam masala and finished with seasonal vegetables and dairy free butter
Mixed Green salad with Vinaigrette
Lettuce, baby kale and other greens tossed in a white wine-olive oil dressing with a hint of toasted sesame
